Cinnamon Toast Crunch Ice Cream

While picking up a prescription at Duane Reade I spotted a pint of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Ice Cream in the ice cream freezer. I had never seen it before and since Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite cereal I had to try it.

I was excited after reading the carton’s description: “cinnamon light ice cream with a cinnamon graham swirl and cereal pieces”.

Unfortunately, the cinnamon light ice cream is lacking in flavor. The cinnamon taste is abundant and tasty. Also, the bits of cereal are tiny and few and far between.

I recommend skipping this and instead mix Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal with you favorite ice cream.
